The Challenge

The World Bank's Social Protection and Jobs (SPJ) Global Practice required world-class Professional Conference Organizer (PCO) services for its flagship knowledge exchange event, the South-South Learning Forum (SSLF).

The forum aimed to convene global policymakers to advance knowledge on scaling evidence-based economic inclusion programs. The challenge involved:

• Managing complex logistics for hundreds of high-level international delegates

• Coordinating all aspects in respect of Chatham House rules

• Ensuring a seamless, high-impact five-day event
